The Presa Canario originates from the Canary Islands and is often simply referred to as a 'Presa'. Characterized by a large and powerful head, large jaw and broad chest, with a slightly raised rump, the Presa's protective instinct makes for an outstanding guard dog, and with the right owner, can make a delightful companion. Its coat comes in a variety of brindles and fawn.

Ghero stands 26 inches to the shoulder and weighs 105lb. Ghero was born in quarantine out of a bitch from Barnacan Bull Kennels Spain. As you can see from his photo he's one hell of a dog! A very good family guard dog, he is more aloof than the AB males - he has to make his own mind up about everyone he meets (typical of the presa breed).

TOPDRIVES (SANDERS) PEAH
A direct import from Noah Sanders kennels USA, Peah is a daughter of SANDERS NENO and SANDERS REBA. Peah is a fantastic looking presa bitch, with an excellent temperament. She stands at 25 inches to the shoulder and weighs 115lb fit. We count ourselves very lucky to have been able to import such a fantastic bitch, so a great big thank you to NOAH SANDERS who we will be working with closely in the near future.

Mya stands 25 inches and weighs 90lb. Mya is quite an intimidating dog for strangers to meet as she is on full guard, again typical of the Presa breed, but to family members she is the most devoted dog you could wish for. The children often take the Presa bitches out as they are so obedient and will not let anyone near the children.

Catalan (Cat) stand 23 inches and weighs 80lb. Although Cat is not the biggest of bitches, she throws big stock and again is very intimidating for strangers to meet but as ever faithful to all family members. Cat has had 2 litters with Ghero while with us as the studs here are a couple of dogs from previous litters.
